SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer two shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • USPS International – Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days after processing
  • DHL Express – Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after processing

Note: International delivery times may vary based on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Cabin Craft Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or international orders.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations.
  • Orders shipping to certain regions may experience longer transit times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [support@CabinCraftCo.com] so we can assist you in locating your shipment.

Order Changes & Address Corrections Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify orders once they have been processed. Cabin Craft Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
